It covers this website, its contact and visit forms, and the business conversations that follow an inquiry. Project systems, support channels, repositories and deployments inside your own environment are covered by separate written agreements.

An inquiry may include your name, work email, company and role; the industry, use case and deployment target; the sensitivity of the data involved and whether an air-gapped setup or an on-site visit is needed; your timeline, support preference and compliance constraints; your message; whether you consented; and the language, page and campaign you came from.

A request to visit our office adds your phone number and the date and time you choose.

The form has no file upload and is not meant for confidential files, source code, customer records, patent drafts, privileged legal material, private keys or trade secrets.

How we use it

We use it to understand what you need, pass it to the right person, judge whether we can help, arrange a follow-up, prepare a first technical conversation, improve how the website explains our work and keep ordinary business records.

We do not sell personal information.
